As a DevOps Engineer – L3, you will collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline, automate deployments, and manage infrastructure. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Integration & Deployment
• Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, staging, release, and monitoring.
• Align processes for effective CI/CD implementation across environments.
• Manage IT infrastructure to support software code requirements.
• Onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools per client needs.
• Build and customize DevOps tools as per project requirements.
• Automate testing and deployment using industry-standard tools.
• Work with developers to create scripts for connecting code to infrastructure.
• Provide technical support on DevOps tools for internal and external users.
• Resolve tickets within defined TAT, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for repeatable and critical issues.
