Key Responsibilities:

• Software Design and Development
  • Understand and analyze client requirements to design custom software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to gather insights and ensure that designs meet client expectations.
  • Design and develop robust software solutions by studying data usage, system flow, and work processes.
  • Investigate problems, identify root causes, and follow the software development life cycle to resolve issues efficiently.
• Coding and Performance Optimization
  Evaluate operational feasibility and address potential issues in the software design phase.
  • Develop automated processes for software validation, creating comprehensive test scenarios and executing them effectively.
  • Modify and optimize software to fix errors, improve performance, and adapt to new hardware or technologies.
  • Ensure that the code is error-free, debugging and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain up-to-date documentation on development activities, project statuses, and bug fixes.
• Status Reporting and Client Engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, capturing all requirements and clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Regularly gather client feedback to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
  • Maintain clear, concise communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging programming languages.
  • Develop and maintain proper documentation for software solutions, ensuring clear, structured communication with clients.
  • Performance Metrics
    Integration & Deployment: Ensure smooth integration and deployment with zero errors, adhering to release schedules and throughput goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Client Satisfaction: Consistently deliver on-time software, troubleshoot effectively, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • MIS & Reporting: Generate and deliver accurate reports on time, providing stakeholders with essential project information.
