We are developing a distributed, scalable AI-Ops platform designed to manage DBaaS infrastructure, including software workflows, hardware systems, and components, across Oracle Cloud regions worldwide. Our goal is to evolve this platform into a robust, multi-tenant SaaS service that serves both internal and external Oracle customers. With a strong team of skilled engineers located in Santa Clara (CA), Mexico, and Bengaluru (India), we are expanding rapidly to execute an ambitious development roadmap. As a full-service development team, we take end-to-end ownership of the platform—from design and development to test automation and DevOps—and embrace modern software development practices such as Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s / Masters degree, in Computer Science.
Experience: 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design , develop critical road map features
• Operates and performs maintenance for services running within the region
• Mentoring & guiding Junior engineers
• Collaborating well with stake holder teams
• Deploys code and implements other changes within the region
• Solves problems operational issues on behalf of service teams
• Ensures timely resolution and documentation of incidents through bridges
• Monitors the region for faults, alarms, and other errors. Informs internal teams as required through process and procedure.

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong proficiency full stack development experience in Java along with frameworks drop-wizard/spring , React / Angular, JavaScript, CSS
• Strong expertise in architecting distributed, scalable and high available systems is essential
• Design, develop, and operationalise highly available and scalable cloud software systems
• Master cloud and multi-tenancy concepts, distributed systems, database, and cloud service development
• Become experienced in creating micro-services and REST APIs
• Monitoring of Cloud systems
• Experience in distributed cache management such as Redis
• Familiarity with code versioning tools Git, Bitbucket
• Experience on Cloud technologies such as AWS/Oracle Cloud/Azure/Google Cloud/VMWare
• Experience in solving complex software and/or networking issues
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and then train others
• Great verbal and written communication skills

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java programming
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
• Proven expertise in building and working with microservices architectures
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable applications
• Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket for version control and collaboration
• Frontend development experience using ReactJS
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and data storage
• Experience working with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms
