We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our team and work on both automated and manual testing for desktop-based, web-based, and smartphone applications. Key Responsibilities

1. Automated Testing:
   • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Core Java or C#.
   • Use automated testing tools such as RFT (Rational Functional Tester), Ranorex, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Coded UI to automate test cases.
   • Create and design automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and test automation.
2. Manual Testing:
   • Perform functional and non-functional testing across desktop-based, web-based, and mobile applications.
   • Write, execute, and maintain test cases and provide accurate documentation of test results.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
3. Test Life Cycle Management:
   • Develop and execute test plans, as well as identify areas for improvement and optimization in the testing processes.
   • Understand and follow software test life cycle (STLC) processes.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating good communication and collaboration skills.
   • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Core Java/C# for writing automated test scripts.
• Expertise in automated testing tools like Selenium WebDriver, Ranorex, Appium, Coded UI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of desktop, web-based, and mobile applications.
• Experience with test automation frameworks design and execution.
• Strong understanding of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).
• Ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and execute tests.
• Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in Agile environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn new technologies.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
