Role and Responsibilities for Data Analyst:

• Develop key metrics to gain a deep understanding of our safety operations, evaluating their effectiveness as keeping user safe while upholding their right to free speech.
• Create and manage vital datasets, Dashboards, and reporting services, ensuring they serve as authoritative source for our performance indicators.
• Analyze data and develop analytical tools to gain insights into user behaviour, improving our defenses, identifying inefficiencies in moderation and proposing system enhancements.
• Support A/B testing with data and analysis, playing crucial role in making data-driven decision for process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and operations systems, providing data and analytic support to help drive product development.
  

Role Requirements :

• Candidate should have at least a Bachelors’ degree.
• Expertise in SQL and other data processing tools such as spark.
• 4+ Years of experience working with large scale datasets, end-to-end data solutions and business matrix analyst (We are hiring all level DA)
• Ability to work cross-functionality to refine requirements and ensure customer data need are met.
• Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau and proficiency in automation workflows.

Salary and other Compensations:

The annual salary for this position is between  $80,000 – $96,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
