Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, assisting in project documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.- Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and relevant documentation.- Support business report, presentation, and project update preparation.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solutions.
• Research industry trends and best practices to improve business processes.
• Provide project planning and tracking support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the business-technology gap.

Required Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach to problem solving.
