The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency in Generative AI and MS Excel, combined with domain knowledge in Costumer Management and Complaint Management with in the Life Science industry. Roles and Responsibilities of Process Executive:
- Help prepare documentation and reports pertaining to customer management and complaint resolution.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in all aspects of costumer management.
- Take part in training programs to stay informed about the latest advancement in Generative AI and Customer Managements practices.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of best practice for managing customer relationships and handling complaints with in the team.
- Actively contribute to process enhancement by offering feedback and proposing improvements.
- Interact with customers to gain insights into there needs and deliver personalized solutions.
- Uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all communication with customer and colleagues.
- Supervise the handling of customer data ensure is precision and reliability.
- Assist in the deployments and upkeep of Generative AI tools to optimize customer managements workflow.
- Leverage MS Excel to analyze the customer data, identifying patterns and opportunity for enchantments.
- Address customer complaints and promptly ensuring quick resolutions while marinating high customer satisfaction level.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement the strategies aimed at improving customer service.
- Track and assess the performance of customer management processes, recommending improvements where necessary.
Must Have skills for Process Executive :
- Have solid technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and generative AI.
- Exhibit proficiency in customer service in the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing client complaints and guaranteeing prompt resolution.
- Demonstrate your proficiency with Microsoft Excel for customer data analysis and reporting.
