Software Developer Job Description:

Role Prepose: The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key Responsibilities of Software Developer:
1. Software Design & Development

• Analyze client requirements and develop software solutions to address information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design feasible software solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and ensure robust solutions to optimize system performance.
• Develop, automate, and implement test scenarios and cases to validate software functionality

2.Coding & Optimization

• Assess analysis, problem definition, software requirements, and proposed solutions to ensure effective software development and optimal system functionality.
• Design and automate software validation processes by creating test cases, usage scenarios, and executing them to ensure smooth system performance.
• Modify software to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, and upgrade user interfaces, ensuring error-free, high-quality code.
• Analyze data and recommend the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet evolving business needs and technology trends.
• Ensure all code is bug-free and passes test failure checks by adhering to rigorous quality assurance standards, delivering reliable and functional software solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Ensure all code is raised according to project, program, or account norms, with clear descriptions and replication patterns to maintain consistency and quality.
• Compile accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation for programming projects as requested, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Project Coordination & Progress Monitoring: Coordinate daily project status updates with the development team, documenting progress and addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
• Provide feedback on software usability and serviceability, tracing results to potential quality risks, and promptly reporting issues to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.

3.Reporting & Customer Focus

• Gather and clarify all client needs to deliver high-quality, tailored software solutions.
• Collect client feedback regularly to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project completion.
• Stay updated with new programming languages and best practices to improve software development and team collaboration.
• Work with engineering teams to assess software-hardware compatibility and set performance standards.
• Create easy-to-understand documentation, flowcharts, and clear code to showcase solutions effectively.
• Document project progress from proposal to implementation for better understanding and communication with clients.
• Maintain high standards of communication through email, calls, and business etiquette to build strong client relationships.

• MIS & Reporting: Generate and submit timely and accurate MIS and reports.
